The Russian Youth Mission website is administered by two divisions, Content Division and Technical Division:

Content Division:
Content of the Russian Youth Mission Website is administered by three levels of administration:
1. Authors - responsible for the submission of articles.
2.a) State Editors - Resonsible for all the authors of a state (or group of states) eg. Vic & Tas.
2. b) National Senior Editor - Co-ordinates all editors nationally
3. Publishers - Have responsibility of proof-reading all submitted articles. Publishers have authority to publish submitted articles. An article will not appear on the website until the publisher activates the article. This would normally be a priest or head of mission (currently Alexander Paramonov and Katia Barlow).

1. Webmaster - responsible for technical operation of website
Current webmaster - Boris Metlenko (administering construction of website with Business Solutions Syndicate www.bssyndicate.com )

1. To submit an article or photograph, contact your local (state) editor.
2. To become an author, contact your local editor.
3. To become an editor, contact the national senior editor.
4. Refer all suggestions and complaints to the senior editor.
5. Unresolved issues should be addressed to the publishers.
